Our Faculty and Staff
UHP Continuing faculty are responsible for teaching and directing the varied activities of the Honors Program. Part-time faculty are selected for their knowledge, creative energy, and enthusiasm for undergraduate teaching. Students assist in the selection of part-time faculty through IDEAS evaluations and personal recommendations as seniors. These faculty come from various departments and colleges at UNM and other institutions of higher education in New Mexico as well as visiting scholars.
We also have a dedicated staff who ensure the program runs smoothly. Whether answering phones or troubleshooting the multimedia equipment in classrooms, the Honors staff are always accessible to students, faculty, visitors and alumni.
