Richard Obenauf, a fourth-generation Lobo, graduated from the University Honors Program at UNM before pursuing graduate studies at Loyola University Chicago. In 2015 he defended his dissertation, Censorship and Intolerance in Medieval England. He teaches interdisciplinary literature courses centered on the history of ideas.
