The UNM Honors College Alumni Chapter is committed to enhancing the relationship between the college and its former students. As alumni, we carry the UNM Honors name throughout the world and in the work that we do, so it’s critical for the college, students and alumni that we stay connected through activities, alumni events, awards and our annual newsletters. 10th Anniversary as a College!

Become an active member!

Alumni are invited to join and take an active role in our chapter. The chapter is in its infancy and is working to develop a series of opportunities that will connect alumni with each other, faculty, and students. Opportunities to get involved include organizing alumni events (e.g. Homecoming, lectures, book club, etc.) and membership expansion.

Honors College Distinguished alumni Award

The UNM Honors College Distinguished Alumni Award salutes the achievements of outstanding alumni whose research, professional achievements, leadership and/or community service contribute to the success and reputation of the UNM Honors College.
